The topsy turvy season continues. A better display at Cambridge where a 90th minute equaliser robbed us of a couple of much needed points but now more transfer carry on.

The enigmatic Brad Walker is back at Wolves for a reserve team game after never really being given much chance this season. He's a big lad, he's got talent and he's got goals in him, so if we cant get the best out of  him hopefully, for his sake, someone else can.

At the same time we are looking to bring back a bloke who went on strike when he was here. Luke James was a good little un when he was at Pools but may have been carried away by some of the press reports.

He hasn't made it at Peterborough, and now Bradford City have ended his loan spell four months early. Apparently another Division Two club wants him on loan. On the grounds of "never go back" that might be best for him as well.

On the good news side Carl Magnay looks like returning this week with a runout for the reserves. We need him back and we need a settled side which can start to play like a team.
