There was to be no new manager bounce, and we didnt have to be there to see Paddy sacked in the morning. A game where we should have had a hatful, and were too generous at the back, but it was still aq great bounce back from Sporting result.

Ratings follow:

Ramsdale 7 - Some great saves, although a couple were offside. Great tip onto the post.
White 8 - He's a cracking player
Holding 8 - Thought he was great...especially after I besmirched his name before KO
Gabriel 7 - Loses half a point for the goal and half a point because he thought he was a striker
Zinchecnko 7 - Always believe in....Zinchecko...o
Partey 8 - Couldn't get into the game to start with. When he did, he bossed it
Xhaka 7 - Loses a point for giving me a heart attack when I thought he'd done his knee
Odegaard 7 - Did some Odegaard type stuff, he's quite good.
Trossard 7 - That boy deserves a goal, another assist.
Martinelli 7 - Broke the deadlock.
Saka 8 -MOTM Scored two and an assist, barely got out of second gear.

Tierney 7 - Extra point for rediscovering his stamina and pace....
Jesus 6 - Did some running
ESR NA
Kiwior NA - One good tackle
Training cone - Did some passing and burst into a jog once or twice.
