Arsenal had a gentle workout against 3rd Divison Austrian side Schwadorf. They controlled most of the game. RvP opened the scoring with an easy goal when he found himself with only the goalie to beat. Djourou got the second with a good header from a corner.

Van Persie 6, 47, Djourou 15, Adebayor 39, 45, Toure 53, Bendtner 74, Hleb 84

Adebayor got Arsenal's third from a great ball from RvP. He cleared the goalie and cooly scored. Ade who played well got his second and Arsenal's 4th just before half-time with a tap in from a corner, with the Austrians at sixes and sevens.

The team for the first half was Almunia, Hoyte, Eboue, Toure, Djourou, Flamini, Cesc, Gilberto, Reyes, Adebayor and van Persie.

After couple of minutes of the second half RvP scored a great goal for his second. And Arsenal’s 5^th. Toure got Arsenal’s sixth with a deflection from a free kick. Bendtner stretched and just reached a Hleb pass that trickled over for the seventh. With a few minutes to go great work and lay off by Bendtner enabled Hleb to score the 8^th. However Arsenal lost concentration and it was 8-1 after sloppy defending. The Austrians deserved their goal.

Quite a few Arsenal youngsters were very impressive including Hoyte, Traore, Song and Bendtner. Of course not very stiff opposition
