What a super photo this is - England's Joe Cokanasiga and Wales' Josh Adams during the International Friendly at The Principality. Just the way a friendly match should be. All photos paimages.
Quilter International No:2
Wales 13 v 6 England

England lost today in Cardiff, to be fair I had a feeling we would lose this one. BUT not by a stupid lack of discipline, we will not get anywhere near the Rugby World Cup if we continue to be 'gun ho'.
The roof was closed and Wales really had to work hard for that win. So one each now! Wales go number 1 in the world on Monday, well done and good luck to them and to their quest for the Rugby World Cup.
England's Anthony Watson (right) tackles Wales' Hadleigh Parkes resulting in a yellow card
One of the most important moments in the match was when Anthony Watson was sent to the sin-bin for a deliberate knock-on, Dan Biggar took the penalty quickly. His long cross-field kick found Adams and, after the wing made ground, from the next phase Biggar repeated the trick to set up North in the opposite corner for a fine try that the fly-half converted for a 10-0 lead. England just did not learn.
Wales' George North scores his sides first try during the International Friendly at The Principality
England's defence today was good, as was Wales to be honest. Ford could only manage penalty points, this game. England lacked the spark of the Twickenham match. But 'Hey Ho' it was a friendly and we don't want any injuries. After all I think we grooved our point last week.

Next up Ireland, bring it on!
