THE England Counties Under 18s selectors have named a final squad of 24 for the International Triangular Festival at Hartpury College in Gloucestershire from March 28 to April 4.
The final squad, which was chosen after a final training session at Loughborough on Sunday March 15, will now prepare for the tournament opener against a France side selected from their regional academies on March 28 (7.30pm). France will then meet Irish Clubs Under 18 at Hartpury on April 1 (2pm) with England facing Ireland in the festival finale on April 4 (11am). The England squad includes back row forward Max Hill from Malvern whose younger brother Ted is also in contention for international honours with England Under 16s this season. Ted, also a back row forward, has been named in the Midlands Under 16 squad who are preparing for the Wellington International Festival which will be staged at Wellington College in Berkshire from April 4 to 11. England Under 16s play Wales away on April 19.
