Rugby fans will be able to watch exclusive live web streaming of England Under 20’s first Six Nations fixture against Scotland on February 3 on RFU.com/6NStreaming.

The match in Firhill, which starts at 7.30pm, is England’s first competitive match since their losing Junior World Championship final against New Zealand last June.

Head coach Rob Hunter’s side enjoyed a memorable 2011, winning a Six Nations Grand Slam before falling just short in the JWC, but the new season brings new challenges – starting with the Auld Enemy north of the border.

An impressive five camera feed with match commentary, as well as post-match interviews, will provide rugby fans with broadcast quality viewing as England and Scotland go head-to-head.

Hunter said: “This is a great opportunity for supporters, friends and families to watch the game live on RFU.com. We have had some fantastic matches against Scotland in recent years and this year looks to be just as tough.

“We know full well how hard we will have to work to be competitive with an organised and experienced Scotland side. However we have some exciting young lads too and I’m sure it will be a great match to watch.”

RFU Digital Editor Tom Hines added: "Some of these U20s are the guys who are going to be representing England at a home world cup come 2015 so this is a great chance for fans to get a first look at England's next generation.

"Over 6,000 people watched RFU.com’s live streaming of England Women’s autumn tests against New Zealand so we know that the interest for viewing online is there.

ISSUED ON BEHALF OF THE SCOTTISH RUGBY UNION

Scotland under-20 have made a change to their squad to play England under-20 on Friday at Firhill, kick-off 7.30pm.

Outside centre, Robbie Fergusson has been ruled out with a hip injury which he received in training. He’s replaced by Michael Crawley, who moves into the number 13 jersey from the wing and in turn Tom Steven moves from the bench to the wing with Jack Bradford (Nottingham Rugby / Loughborough Students) stepping into the 23 man squad.

Head coach, Peter Wright, said: “We are disappointed to have lost Robbie Ferguson at this late stage. However this has offered the chance for Tom Steven to make his mark in the starting XV and show what he can do.”
