Dave Jones got an early lesson in what it's like to be a Poolie when his side  went down to the bottom club - just a week after shining in the 2-0 defeat of  Stevenage ..

Newport County got three goals all from corners, and if that isn't a clue as to how this week's training sessions will go nothing is.

On a rubbish pitch the home team played to their strengths while we still tried to play to ours. If Jones told his lads to "lump it" they took little notice.

Amond got a last minute consolation goal but nothing could hide the naivety of the defending.
