Craig Hignett is going for youth in his summer signings ... really rather refreshing ..

Instead of packing the side with old mates who have had better days he seems to be trawling the country to get the youngsters he feels he can mould into successful pros. With the not inconsiderable influence of Curtis Fleming, of course.

The latest pair are 18 year old forward Jake Orrell, signed from Chesterfield, and midfielder Nicky Deverdics who has been persuaded to move all the way from Dover.
