Ronnie Moore has been hit for seven in the last week and he must inwardly be reeling. Conceding that many goals in two home games is relegation form. Not even Chelsea do that although Sunderland and Newcastle might ....

The bright side is that we came into those games off the back of an away win at Yeovil and , frankly, Bristol Rovers were a very good side .

Luton weren't in the same class. We outplayed them in the first 45 and at half time we all thought Pools would go onto win.

We were wrong as daft mistakes cost us and that's what we have to cut out.

It's a matter of confidence. We all know that Harrison is a world beater when he has an experienced player beside him - is Sam Collins still registered? We will be better when Duckworth is back and perhaps when Trevor Carson returns he will be able to marshall the men in front of him a little better.

And yes Rakish Bingham will find his goalscoring touch. Let's hope it's at Northampton and Dagenham in the next two very hard away games.
