Well it is hard to know for sure that is exactly what he is saying, but we do know he has said:
"Johan Djourou and Theo Walcott are available and apart from them it will be the guys who played in the last round. It'll be another young side." He does talk in riddles sometimes, but if he is not being evasive, it must mean Diarra is playing.
This was written before the full squad announced, and it is now clear Diarra is not playing as full list published today shows.
2 Abou DIABY 3 Bacary SAGNA 6 Philippe SENDEROS 9 EDUARDO 11 Robin VAN PERSIE 15 DENILSON 19 GILBERTO 20 Johan DJOUROU 21 Lukasz FABIANSKI (GK) 26 Nicklas BENDTNER 30 Armand TRAORE 31 Justin HOYTE 32 Theo WALCOTT 36 Mark RANDALL 40 Vito MANNONE (GK) 41 Gavin HOYTE
So yesterday's report below is now out of date:
However, he is far clearer on the issue of RvP, “Yes Robin van Persie is back in the squad,” he said. “He had a little set-back coming back from his knee injury, it was a muscle problem. But the positive side of it is that he could forget about his knee and work on his fitness.”
For Djourou will replace Song, not Diarra, Walcott cannot play a holding midfielder role, so thereforeLassana should be there to give Spurs the shits. He has played excellently in this competition and gave the impression he wanted to be around for the final in one post match interval.
Further evidence, although not always that reliable is the BBC website, which claims the team, will be taken from:
The fact Diarra was not in the FA cup squad may not mean very much at all, Wenger intends to use all his squad in next few weeks, therefore he could have been keeping Diarra free from risk of injury for the Carling Cup. If Wenger rests all his senior midfielders, then Diarra would be a key man to play alongside Denilson.
Tomorrow morning all will be revealed with the announcement of the full squad.
Really glad to see the chances of Diarra staying are better than I first thought. Even if he gets loaned out to Portsmouth or Newcastle I would be happy as long as he isn't sold.

Gilberto not likely to be used after playing on Sunday and Lansbury and Gibbs played for reserves last night while G Hoyte Gibbs and Randall were left out due to cC game
Their defense is horrid but ours is a bit weak as well. Then again, Senderos and Djourou managed to hold Chelsea to one goal at Stamford Bridge while under siege from Drogba, Robben, and J. Cole.
Hrm... Im sick of all this "I want to stay" "I dont want to stay" from Diarra, get rid of him if hes going to be like that, it disrupts the squad... I know hes a class act and i dont want him to leave, but at the end of the day you have to make the right decision for the team.

Looks like not only Diarra going but Fran Merida too, thankfully Merida is only going out on loan, hope we can do a loan deal with Diarra too if he is intent on leaving for more games
