England name squad for Argentina tour

England head coach Eddie Jones believes the fixture against the Barbarians is an ideal opportunity to help his squad prepare for their two-Test tour against Argentina.

Red Roses trio Harriet Millar-Mills, Emily Scarratt and Tamara Taylor have been nominated for the 02 England Women’s Player of the Year.

England finished sixth at the Kitakyushu Sevens in Japan after losing 31-0 to Russia.

• Women's sevens will feature in Commonwealth Games
• Games will be played from 13-15 April 2018
• Bibby excited with one year to go 

The women's sevens schedule for the 2018 Commonwealth Games will take place across the second weekend of April next year. 

  

SEVENS:   England winger Dan Norton scored the 245th try of his career to become the world's all-time top try-scorer in Hong Kong on Friday.  The winger touched down under the posts against South Korea to break the record held by Kenya's Collins Injera, who was also in action on day one of the seventh round of this season's HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.    Fixtures
