Renualt finds new directions with Michelin

The Renault F1 team has revealed this week after heavy testing in Jerez that it has found new directions with French tyre supplier Michelin. hief test engineer Christian Silk comments on this after the testing in Jerez Renaults chief test engineer Christian Silk comments after a very successful couple of days of testing at Jerez with Renaults new car the R26.

"Overall, this has been a very positive week for us, and we have made good progress with the programme," said chief test engineer Christian Silk. "There has been some interesting tyre development with Michelin as well, and we have found some interesting directions that we need to explore further at the next tests. We will be back in action next week in Jerez."
