Jim: “We've started well in our previous two games and spoke about the importance of doing that again but it didn't happen this time, the first 20 minutes simply weren't good enough. They were quicker to the ball and that set the tempo for the match.

“Players didn't take responsibility for dealing with the free-kick that led to the goal and from there we were chasing the game and got what we deserved, nothing.

“I can't blame the players for lack of effort in the first two games but today we never matched Leicester's passion. They did all the horrible things that you have to do in the game better than us.

“I can have no arguments with the result. It's been a long first week for us and it will be a long second week full of hard work before a big game for us next Saturday against Hull.”
