22. Alex Nicholls
The pacy and determined front man whose consistent reserve team and youth team performances were rewarded with his first taste of senior first team action in The Saddlers FA Cup victory against Yeovil Town in December 2005
He made a total of 13 first team games during the 2005/06 season, scoring his first professional goal in the LDV Vans Trophy clash with Swansea and nearly took the FA Cup tie with Stoke City to a replay with what could have been the goal of the round. However his season came to an dramatic end while playing for The Saddlers youth side where he broke his leg in an important Cup tie.
