1) The prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded to whichever competition entrant gains the most points throughout the season, or the second most points and so on. Should 1st, 2nd or 3rd places be tied (entrants having scored the same number of points) between two or more players, a winner will be chosen at random out of the drawing players.

2) The prizes for "Most Wins In A Season" will be awarded to the competition entrant who scores the highest amount of 'Grand Prix wins' (the highest points scored out of all the competition entrants over a race weekend) in a season. If there is no winner of this competition (eg. two competition entrants share the highest number of wins in a season), a winner will be chosen at random out of the drawing players.

3) Anybody who works on the BMWF1Talk site over the course of the 2007 Formula One Season is not eligible for winning prizes. Should a member of the web team finish in a prize-winning position, the prize will be given to the 'next best' player down the line.

4) Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. We are all poor enough as it is.

5) I have thrown this 'terms and conditions' section together in a bit of a hurry, so the chances of it being remotely accurate enough to avoid nasty lawsuits is pretty slim. Therefore, these terms and conditions are likely to change throughout the season, and BMWF1Talk reserves the right to change them at any time.
