With finances being what they are, I couldn't have expected any wonder signings, although Craig Armstrong looks good value, and Gillespie on loan could be an asset.

BecauseI genuinely believe that the whole squad want to play for the club and that is good enough for me.

7) What does your club need to do in order to improve?

We really do need our strikers to start scoring regularly. We can't continue to rely on midfielders and defenders to weigh in with more than their fair share of goals.

8) Are you satisfied that your position in the league reflects your performances?

I am disappointed, because after starting the season eight games unbeaten we have slipped too many draws and silly defeats.

Once the new stand for the away supporters is finished, it will make a very pleasant little ground to visit.
