6 out of 7 on TV. In fact excluding the 1st week, the next 6 are on TV.

Newcastle will not get to see the whole squad as both matches have been set for international periods!

At least one of the big derby's will be full squad. I can't remember if the 6 Nations will be complete by the 29th March or not.

six nations finishes 15th March

Happy with that.

I have a very good feeling about this season. Exe first up at home is ideal. Gives you a tough test against a good club, but one where they play a more direct brand of rugby.

Added to that the fans are a great bunch it will start the season off with a bang :-)

Cheers Nigel, that means then we get to see both derby's with full squads.

Looking closer at the 1st 7 matches.

1. Sat 15:00 Home - Exeter
2. Fri 19:45 Away - Quins
3. Sat 15:15 Away - Gloucester
4. Fri 19:45 Home - Sale
5. Sat 15:15 Away - Tiggers
6. Sat 15:15 Home - Sarries
7. Sun 14:00 Away - Irish

I guess we need to get used to 15:15 or potentially 14:00. Fridays are a given for that sort of time.

Not a great set of matches to pick up during the six nations, I would sooner face the likes of Tiggers, Quins and Sarries who are likely to lose as many or more players than us rather than teams who are likely to lose less or none at all.

Well get the toughest at the start though there are certainly no 'easy' games in this league there are some less tough ones.

Bring it on!

Agreed Bob, 3 of the toughest away matches in the 1st 7 rounds.

Either way they have to be played so why not test the mettle straight away. Also at the end of the day it's about being in the top 4 come the end to be in it to win it.

Pathetic day and time for the first away match.

TV comes before the supporters again.

Happy with that (apart from being on holiday from Sept 20th for 3 weeks). First Tiggs game I've missed in 10 years, but hey-ho.

Cant moan about Friday nighters...argument done to death, but TV pays the bills, and someone will always play on a Friday. BT have stipulated that.
They have also said that Saturday games will generally be 3pm kick offs, and Sundays at 2:00, as refelcted on the Aviva site.

I'm happy with the Friday night Quins match. Have a close friend's wedding on the Satdee and didn't want to let him down. Now it means I can take him for his last drink before he starts his sentence!

first game I can get to post tour is London Irish away, and as a stroke of luck my young 5 year old daughter won two tickets to a London Irish game at the Armed forces day fete in Abingdon.

Thankyou Sophie you can take daddy to the Madjeski to watch the Saints.

One happy dad.

Like the look of that, some seriously tough away trips very early on, should be an interesting start to the season. Bring it on!

Semi final is on the weekend of my wedding and for the final I'm on my honeymoon. An omen or good timing as I missed this years final for a friends wedding....

Bleh. Don't like that one bit. The first time I come to the UK for over 4 years, and Saints are away. Bum. No game for me!
