Quins have spent all week enjoying Cape Town and let's hope it has been great preparation for the Stormers showdown at one of the most impressive stadiums in the world. The last 16 game kicks off at 3.00 on Saturday.

Last week's battle against the super efficient Sarries at the equally impressive Spurs Stadium, was great preparation for this next big test.

There's only one change from that team with James Chisholm out injured and Will Evans taking his place in the back row. 

The arrival of the three South African sides in the European Champions Cup is stll controversial, but Quins have already beaten Sharks and if they book a quarter-final with a win in Cape Town it will be a tremendous boost to their self-esteem as well as their sun-tans.
