Ever wondered how much you'd pay if you were a Bath Season Ticket Holder rather than a Harlequins member? Here's a table giving you a quick quide!

And of course you can become a member at Richmond for £65, pay £6 a game and have a vastly better chance in the England ballot (because of their other teams they get more tickets than Harlequins and of course have less members!).

Good point DOK. On the basis of those reclassifications, this will probably be my last renewal at Quins - but nice to know I can pop down the road to watch Richmond.
Can probably afford a nice pub lunch beforehand too!

The top 2 prices are more expensive per game that most premiership soccer matches (based on 14 1st team games)
That is disgraceful by Quins new management.
The most expensive by quite some margin in every category except the very cheapest. When you consider that they generously upgraded
half of the "Club" section into "Premier" a couple of seasons ago most of the stadium must fall into the top 2 categories now.
I'm really not sure I'm going to renew, I normally look forward to ST renewal day, but I'm really having second thoughts. First time in 8 years I'm having second thoughts, even relegation didn't put me off, in fact I got 5 friends to sign up that year.

We have only sold out for a couple of matches this year - we have had other years before the South/north stand development when we sold out far more often.
We are current champions and have one of the best match day experiences of any club. Plus we are in London which isn't a cheap place. Someone has to be the most expensive.... The prices that shocked me the most above are wasps, there top ticket price for Admas park is shocking for what you get.....
It'll be interesting to see how season ticket sales go next year. If we don't win the premiership it'll drop for sure but it would have done anyway, if we do win it we may well see record levels again at which point this will self justify.....

Sixways is a lovely little ground, the fans there are getting a good deal, but the team isn't great to watch. Looks like the boys at Sandy Park get good value for money too, but completely agree, Adams Park is an awful place, Wasps clearly worst value for money.
Sure London isn't cheap, but it isn't like the club has to rent the stadium is it? And it gets plenty of use on international days for corporate hospitality which must make a mint.
BatQuin as I remember at the time saying and getting shot down by many, I thought you were daft to do so, as they would forget it when it suited them, just taken about 3 more years than I thought.

I can only provide you with a comparison with Chelsea and I have not carried out a detailed analysis of other London Premiership clubs, but the equivalent ST £ (at 2012/13 prices) at Chelsea to our Gold and Premier ticket levels are £1,250 and £940 per seat. That cost only includes the 19 league games and so averages at between £49.47 and £65.79 per game.
If you only include 14 games at Quins (the league games and the HC games) our equivalent is £38.50 to £46.35. If you actually include the LV games as well (16 games in total) then the average is £33.68 to £40.56 for the equivalent to two tiers of ST.
On that basis there is still quite a material differential between the two sports.

The equivalent prices for West Ham are £44.74 -£47.85 per game (STs are £910 and £850)
For Fulham the prices are £44.68 to £52.58 (STs are £849 and £999)
Both of these are 2013/14 prices. I can't find comparatives for QPR anywhere.

Sarries are limiting season tickets to 5000 in total
West Ham you can get for £620 ok not top seat but a ST none the less. Think you have looked at top price I was just looking at a ST price. But the gap is seriously narrowing, so Rugby needs to be careful. Just look at HC semi final loads of unsold tickets, it should be Londons top sporting event of the weekend. Why? Because they want £30 + for tickets.
Average Stoop crowds are up by nearly 500 per game this season - can't really blame the club for trying to maximise income and profit.

Plus you get an extra 10 minutes per game for round ball so factor that into your stats and they get better value then

Firstly, could we please stop using that ghastly expression?
Secondly, how exactly? What is it that makes it so special? The LV girls? The Oasis cover band? The delectable food? I go to the Stoop to watch a game of rugby, TME (TM) is of no interest to me, and I dare say I'm not in the minority.
HSBC - kindly point out what I have said that is factually incorrect. the ticket price i pay is lower than most other clubs, I get a good view of the game, close to the action and generally don't get idiots walking past me to get to their seat or to leave early.
yes, I'm happy. not sure about the biggest % increase being on jester tickets, but this year I can afford it and I get additional benefits that I wasn't getting last year.

With a couple of recent new posters I wonder if the club'a socia media team may have fallen into the sock puppet / astroturfing trap.
Sounds ridiculous but when fairly eminent authors and journalists have got caught doing it...
I find it hard to believe that anyone can feel so much love for an organisation that they'll defend it even when it's palpably absurd or incompetent. The only people I've met in the real world like it were/are young politicians...but they're getting something out of it.
Tl;dr - I'm starting to wonder if Rik & Si aren't the creation of an increasingly desperate & misguided customer relations team.

I never thought at one point I'd say this but I now would buy HSBC a pint. This club is doing well on the pitch but the office side since Ellis came in is ...well....not quite as good...this was predicted and is happening...

To be clear, my assumption is due to sycophancy beyond credibility. Not due to 'not moaning'. I'll extend it to possibly defending a partner rather embarrassingly like Michael Gove's does.

Short of beheadings as half time entertainments, it seems unlikely you'd ever criticise the club. Your motivations for this are you own - whether venal or just bizarre is unknown.

I suspect you underestimate how much the top seats at Sarries are - Platinum Plus and Platinum are 'prices on application' so don't appear on the website. I could tell you how much - but then the club would shoot me!
Jonf - as I have said, my ticket will be cheaper than at most other premiership clubs. I'm ok with that. i'm not overjoyed at a 25% rise in the price, but as the overall package is, in my opinion, good value, i'm happy to pay it.

Interesting Rik you are spending so much time on a board with a poor reputation, say more about you, as I didn't realise it had a poor reputation, in fact it's probably the opposite as its busier than most forums.
I'm here because I want to be, and i won't be chased off by the negativity. The poor reputation is among Quins fans in discussions in the bar after the game. mention this board and you are greeted with "I wouldn't bother using that"
Probably because they don't understand what it is and how to use it, do you look at other clubs, you would see then what a good board it is.
I looked at London Welsh the other day - very positive considering what has happened to them...

If you look at single incidents in isolation, you can pick fault with the board of pretty much any company.
Look at the bigger picture - I've been to more Quins games this season than I have in a good few years, and I'm very happy with what's going on with the running of the club.
As I said before, if you don't like it then you can always vote with your feet...

This is from Exeter board - I think you are missing sone of the top priced seats which are sold out eg Sarries have some seats more expensive than ours.
These are the correct Exeter prices
Changing tier 1 pricing to (the discounted rate of) £570, then shifting the other figures down a notch gives you the truer comparison.
Tier 1 £570
Tier 2 £470
Tier 3 £435 or £380 if use East Terrace
Tier 4 £300
On a par with Saints, though I doubt the location of the seats in each set of tiers would bear scrutiny.
Value is subjective, and you have to consider the position the club is in, with restricted numbers of seats currently, so not going to comment on that aspect. Plus we have done that to death already!

At the cheap end £20 or so a match doesn't seem bad value for top flight sport?
Barely more than £15 per game for our cheapest STs - that strikes me as good value.
Our lowest price is good value, but its not that ticket price people are really complaining about.
