The site moves into August without one of it's founding co-eds as Loobs resigns. The two other co-eds are also struggling to keep things together.

An Ed’s Diary – 4th August 2003

I wake up to an email from Loobs to tell us that he is resigning as co-ed.

It has been on the cards for some time. He cites a variety of reasons. I feel the key one being that he has an ongoing commercial relationship with the club and this is being harmed by some of the things that appear on or are said on the site.

In an email exchange I learn that Subtel may well not be able to devote as much time to the site in future. I too was made redundant last week. If/when I get another job my available time will be curtailed. I’m confident that the site will survive and thrive, there is too much good will behind it, but there are some tough times ahead.

The new shirt, due to have it’s grand launch on Wednesday, is already on sale in central London.

I’ve now been staring at a blank screen for twenty minutes, just not in the mood to write at the moment. Perhaps Loobs resignation is bothering me more than I first thought.
