I think we have managed to put a good package together this year for all the Calvisano Trippers. I currently have approximately 40 people travelling out from Stanstead on DrunkenWaspOne, and, as is the norm, these people will have first refusal on the package.

People travelling on DrunkenWaspTwo and independently will be offered the remainder of the 55 seats on offer in a fair manner, based on the timing of their responses already received.

The whole excusion starts at around 1100hrs on Saturday 12th December, and gets back to the Hotel in Brescia at approximately 2330hrs that evening. Included in the excursion is a vinyard tour and sampling, plus a decent four-course lunch in a restaurant overlooking Lake Garda, and travel down to Calvisano for the match and back to Brescia afterwards. Should the game not be an evening kick off, the lunch might become a dinner!

The fully inclusive cost for the day trip (excluding only any personal purchases at the vinyard and additional drinks along the way, and the cost of the match ticket) is a round £40. If you want to be included, I'll be asking those that have already responded to confirm, and after this has happened, any spare seats will be open to others.

As the excursion coach is expected to be full, I might have to look into ways of moving other Drunken Wasps from Brescia to Calvisano and back, SUBJECT TO DEMAND. This can be done by public transport or cab, but it might be more appropriate to book a second coach. I can handle this nearer the time.
