There are some important points to consider before you decide to take part in a Drunken Wasps Tour.

There are no guarantees, refunds, or compensations for missed flights, buses, trains, meals, etc. This sounds a bit unfair, but when you realise that this is not a professional organisation and all things are done voluntarily using in many cases the organisers own credit cards, cash, time etc., the magic is that it happens at all.

As a consequence, you are strongly recommended to take out your own insurance to cover anything that might happen either before, during or after the encounter.

There are few options. Normally there will be a do you or don't you choice - if you can't make the date and time of the flight proposed, or don't like the set menu in the restaurant, then you are at liberty to make your own arrangements with our blessing.

Be prepared to have a great time. While understanding that spending two whole days in our company may not be to everyone's tastes, we go out of our way to make new friends wherever we go, and to have a bloody good time. If you are a shrinking violet then, no offence, but this might not be for you.
