Wasps back in action at some level next season? Or failing that season 2025-26? That's the mesage from Chairman Chris Holland one year one from our club's demise.
It does provide hope. He does not say what level Wasps may return to,en the state of the game at the professional level it would have to be Premiership Two ar least.
He also says there will shortly be more conrcete news about where those games may be played. "We have made substantial progress in the establishment of a permanent home. Later this month we will make a further announcement which will detail the now advanced progress toward our new ground."
As has been noted elsewhere, the message from the Chairman in regard to a “new home” is a bit ambiguous but personally I would be surprised if he isn’t referring to Worcester.
Shugs - I might have to start saving to buy you that drink after all!
On another topic - is there any news on the long-promised interview with Derek we were promised by the Grand Poo-Bah on the other site?

I see the European Courts declared UEFA's blocking of the proposed football Euro club super league, (or whatever it was going to be called) to be unlawful. Assumedly this means it would be illegal for the RFU or World Rugby to block a new Wasps or Wuss team joining the URC (should such a thing ever happen).
