Crucial Moment

Wasps' world is upside down at the moment but few could deny that the Premiership would be a poorer place without them - as it will be without Wuss. There was another epic game at Coventry Building Society Arena as Saints came from behind to beat 14 man Wasps 40-36.

Wasps got off to a great start punishing Saints for every mistake. Jack Willis raced home after being put through by  Nizaam Carr then Paolo Odogwu went over in the corner (right) from a long pass after a line-out. 

Umaga added two penalties with Dan Biggar replying and then setting up Saints  first try with a grubber kick which he followed up to send Coles in.

Biggar notched a third penalty but then had to leave with an injury.  There then came a rush of scores - three tries within five minutes. 

Oghre dived over from close range then Atkinson started a tremendous move breaking through the middle, offloading to Josh Bassett then following up to dive on Bassett's kick.

Unfortunately, the restart was messed up by the home side with Saints piling on the pressure - eventually sending in Sleightholme in the croner.

That was the start of the probelms as Umaga was sent off. He collided with Skosan as both went for a  cross-field kick - the South African landed badly and Umaga needed length treatment with insult being added to injury with the red card and the award of a penalty try. 

Wasps fought back and took the score to 36-28 with a penalty from Will Haydon-Wood and it looked ike that may be enough.

However, Coles finished off a break up the left wing and then from the restart Saints again took the iniatitive with Skosan getting that dramtic winning try.
