After three rounds of the 2025/26 Gallagher PREM season: TNT Sports audiences rocket 29% Seven sold-out fixtures (vs three in 2024/25) Over 30K more fans in PREM Rugby stadiums Derby Weekend viewers boom by 42% The Gallagher PREM kicked off the new season in record-breaking fashion, with viewership, attendances and digital engagement all soaring in the opening three rounds. Total audiences on TNT Sports have climbed substantially, increasing 29% year-on-year, with Round 2 posting the highest-ever second-round TV audience for the PREM.

The momentum carried through into a dramatic Derby Weekend that delivered the largest Round 3 audience in PREM Rugby history.

Compared to October’s Derby Weekend (Round 4) in 2024/25, the TNT Sports audience surged by a whopping 42%.

The upward trend extends to discovery+, which recorded a 23% increase in Gallagher PREM subscribers, a 17% rise in existing subscribers tuning into coverage, and a 23% jump in total viewing hours year-on-year.
