Zidane injury opens door for Youri

A groin injury to French playmaker Zinedine Zidane has opened the door for Wanderers midfielder Youri Djorkaeff to pursue his World Cup dream with France. Djorkaeff was originally only expected to play a cameo role in his second World Cup for France but the injury to Zidane during a warm up game has ruled him out for at least their opening game against Senegal and maybe longer.
Djorkaeff is a ready made replacement for Zidane, being the same type of player.
