Wanderers take top award

Bolton Wanderers were today announced to have received the Scottish Life Performance of the Week Award following Wednesday's magnificent victory away to local rivals Manchester United. Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce received a specially engraved football in a presentation to be screened tomorrow on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday programme.
A goal from Kevin Nolan in the 76th minute gave Bolton a famous victory over United for the second season in a row.
