Official Cambridge United Site is reporting that out of contract defender Andy Duncan is considering an 'offer of re-engagement'. The Official Cambridge United Website www.cambridge-united.co.uk reports that out of contract defender Andy Duncan and representatives are considering an new contract offer from the club.

However, the club do not want to reveal the length or the terms of the proposed deal but manager John Taylor is hopeful.

After signing from Manchester United for a small fee Duncan has turned out for the U's on more than 100 ocassions. This season following the departure of John Beck, Duncan has formed a promising partnership with Young Player of the Year Adam Tann before Andy's season was cut short after picking up an injury away at Oldham and it would be another big boost for the U's if Duncan was to commit himself to another contract following the news from the club regarding season tickets sales. Figures are up compared to this stage last year.
