Schumacher Blasts Crappy Drivers And his Teammates

Dale Calkins
Michael Schumacher has boldly spoken out against drivers who make up excuses for their poor performances, including his former teammates. Schumacher insists that there is no excuse to make up for a lack of talent. When talking about Giancarlo Fisichella and Juan Pablo Montoya's performances this year compared to their far more accomplished teammates, Michael compared them to his former teammates at Ferrari:

"They lacked what my former teammates lacked, enough speed."

The 7-Time World Champion believes that Montoya and Fisichella make up far to many excuses and their real problem is the fact that they are not as good as other drivers. Schumacher mentioned that the stories about inferior equipment and number two drivers receiving such equipment are completely untrue:

"Why is it so hard to accept that some drivers are quite simply better?"
