Fourth and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro. Once again today, at the Catalunya circuit, near Barcelona, Michael Schumacher and Luca Badoer both took to the track. The day’s programme centred on concluding the tyre testing and car development work begun on Tuesday. Badoer completed a total of 102 laps, with a best time of 1.16.186. Schumacher did 110 laps, the quickest in 1.14.679.

With the week’s testing at an end, Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro will be back on track at Fiorano on 29th June when Luca Badoer will begin the shakedown of the cars which will be used in the French Grand Prix, scheduled to take place at Magny-Cours on 4th July.
