Not Eddie!

F1 bosses appear to have sorted their disagreement over the what shape qualifying should be and as from the unofficial London Grand Prix on Regent Street, the starting order will be pulled out of a hat!

Eddie Jordan has determined the "grid" places for the eight F1 cars which are due to roar through the city next Tuesday evening.  He was joined by glamour girls Michelle Clack and Leah Newman.

The EJ14 appearing at the parade will be driven by ex F1 World Champion, Nigel Mansell and will take to the streets second only to Cristiano da Matta's Toyota.

The only teams missing from the parade are Sauber and surprisingly Renault.  The parade begins at 6pm and will run through to 8pm with the center being closed to all traffic from 3pm.

Harvey Goldsmith CBE comments: “This is a fantastic opportunity for London to see the Gladiators of Sport – Formula 1 cars in action. This event is a major achievement for Regent Street and an attraction that will draw attention worldwide.

By the way. I'm kidding about the qualifying. It really is just a one off.
