Ipswich Town defender Chris Casement says he is delighted after making his Town debut against Crystal Palace earlier today.
Chris came on for the final 20 minutes of Town’s 2-2 draw with
Casement: “The gaffer told me to go out and enjoy it and play with a smile on my face and I did just that.
“It was great to be in the 16 but getting on was a terrific bonus and I was just thrilled to be given a chance.
“The pace was certainly quicker than the U18s and reserves but I felt I did okay and got forward as much as I could.
“I felt we were worth the draw and had chances to have won the game but for me personally, it's about building from here and aiming to hold down a regular place in the first-team squad.”
