Barron Wants Deal

Ipswich Town defender Scott Barron wants to sit down with Town manager Joe Royle and discuss a contract.

The 20-year-old is out of contract in the summer and he wants to continue his development as a player at Town for as long as possible.

 

Scott: “It is up to me to keep turning in displays that will catch the eye of the manager. I want a longer contract and I want to play first team football for Ipswich Town for some while yet.

 

“I am enjoying my run in the side and the longer I keep my place the better chance I have of the gaffer offering me an extension to my present deal.”
