Sito Signs

Ipswich Town defender Lewis Castro-Sito has signed a new contract that will keep him at Portman road until 2008.

The 25-year-old joined Town in the summer on a free transfer from Spanish side Racing Club de Ferrol and since then he established him self in the first team and as a fans’ favourite.

 

Sito: “I'm very pleased to be staying here at Ipswich for another three years, I'm really enjoying my football and the players and fans have made me feel very welcome here.

 

“Playing in front of 24,000 every week at Ipswich is great and when the fans sing my name it means so much to me. It gives me goose-bumps.

 

“I have only been in England a short time but I love the football here. It's fast and physical and passionate. I love the passion.”
