Ipswich Town goalkeeper Lewis Price has blasted QPR striker Paul Furlong for not apologising after stamping on Price during Saturday’s 2-2 draw.
Price: “There was no need to try and leap over me in the first place - let alone stamp on me.
“My gloves were covered in blood and I was shaken up.
“To me it was an certain red card, but obviously the referee saw it differently.
“As far as I am concerned he kicked me.
“Nicky told me that Furlong had said that what he did was not deliberate and he wanted that passed on, but if that is the case why didn't he tell me?
“He had plenty of chance to apologise while I was receiving treatment and during and after the game.”
