Sito After Long Deal

Ipswich Town defender Louis Sito Castro says he would like to stay at Town beyond the end of his current contract.

The 25-year-old defender joined Town in the summer, signing a one year contract but he wants to sign something that will keep him at Portman Road well past the end of that.

Sito: “Since I first came to the Club everyone has been so friendly to me and have treated me like a son of Ipswich, I am enjoying my football and my time in England very much and I would love to stay here much longer if things go well this season.

“I have a contract for a year here but hopefully, if everyone is happy at the end, I will be able to stay longer. I would like to stay in England two, three more years, maybe more.

“The football at Ipswich suits my game. In Spain I was just a defender but here I can go forward and up and down the wing and that works to my strengths.”
