Ipswich Town striker Nicky Forster says it was a tough night against Rangers but says Town will be all the better for the experience.
Town lost 2-0 against the Scottish side tonight, both goals came in the second half which Forster believes may be down to fitness levels.
Forster: “They looked a good side.
“You could tell they were a week or two on then us with their fitness and they kept the ball well and looked what they are, a quality side.
“But while we were disappointed to lose, it's a learning curve for us and another game under our belts.
“It was difficult for Sam and myself to have the chance to get our partnership going because we were up against top class players at the back.
“But that will come and we won't be playing against players and a team of that standard every week in the Championship.
“I had one chance in the second-half but my boot ended up in the goal and the ball went wide which wasn't quite the desired effect!
“It was a good workout for us though and we'll be better for the game.”
