Swailes Backs Town

Former Ipswich Town defender Chris Swailes is hoping Town win promotion but lose tonight against Rotherham.

The 35-year-old who spent 6 years over two spells made just 42 appearances for Town but insists he has time for Town.

Swailes: “I have a lot of time for Ipswich, I spent six years there in my two spells at Portman Road and have some good memories of my career there.

“Ipswich is a lovely club and I hope they go on to win promotion - after we have beaten them tonight.”
