One league lucky club from 72 will be handed a transfer kitty of £250,000 by football league sponsors coca-cola.

Starting today coca-cola are giving fans of every league club the chance to win the cash to buy a player or players for their club to the princely sum of £250,000, all they have to do is buy specially marked cans of coca-cola and text register online confirming who they support.

The winning club will receive £250,000 to spend on as many players as they like as long as all the money is on just that, while one lucky of that club will them selves £10,000.

Coca-cola are also giving away tickets to a football league or Scottish premier league game every hour of the 80 day promotion.

Coca-Cola sponsorship manager Steve Cumming, has said: “Coca-Cola is committed to enhancing fans' football experiences through our sponsorship of the Football League, We have already had fantastic feedback from fans and clubs alike on the Coca-Cola 'Win a Player' initiative.
