According to reports in today’s press last month Ipswich Town tried and failed to sign Burnley defender Mo Camara.

According to reports in today’s press last month Ipswich Town tried and failed to sign Burnley defender Mo Camara.

The 29-year-old defender who joined Burnley from Wolves last summer is out of contract this summer has said he wants to stay with Burnley at Turfmoor has been stalling on signing a new contract and the lure of joining good friend Drissa Diallo at Portman Road in the premier league could be two much to resist.

With Daniel Karbassiyoon extending his loan at Portman until March, when the transfer deadline for football league clubs is Joe Royle be tempted to try and sign Mo again around that time or in the summer on a free transfer.
