Ipswich Town striker Shefki Kuqi has been named in the Finland international squad for their game with Italy this month.

Ipswich Town striker Shefki Kuqi has been named in the Finland international squad for their game with Italy this month.

Kuqi who turns 28 this week will join up with the rest of the squad next Monday ahead of the Wednesday game in Messina.

Kuqi has netted six times for Town this year found the net twice on his last outing for Finland as they beat Armenia 5-1 and he was only included in the squad because of the long term injury of Mikael Forssell.
