Keane: We Worked For Win

Town manager Roy Keane says Town had to work for the win against Sheffield United at Bramhall Lane yesterday.

Keane: "Sheffield put us under a lot of pressure but we managed to hold on and grind out a result in the end, we rode our luck a bit but you need that in life and in football. But just like we didn't panic when we lost three games in a week, we won't get carried away with three wins on the trot either.

"It was a good poacher's goal from Tamas and Gareth's was a good finish. He showed a good desire to get in there in the first place.

"The back four did a decent job but then that's what they are there for. Now we can look forward to Tuesday and Derby, although we have picked up a few injuries. Tom Eastman is a doubt for midweek. He's got a hip problem and Grant was feeling his hamstring so we will have to look at them."
