His Charity was set up to help fright cancer after he died back in June of cancer.

Alan Shearer who use to play for New Castle and is Patron of Sir Bobby's charity announced that it has raised more then 2million.

The charity wanted  to raise at least 500,000 to equip a trial's research centre at the Northern Centre for Cancer care at the Freeman Hospital in Newcastle.

They reached it just in 7 weeks and it is to help cancer patients in the North of England.

The FA have added 90,000 to raise it to over 2million and we know that no people will go though life without cancer affecting at least someone they know.
