Garvan will be in the Republic of Ireland under 21 side tonight when they take on Georgia in Dublin.

Garvan will gain his 12th cap at under 21 level. 

Garvan is one of the four Ipswich players who will be on internal duty this weekend.

Yesterday Garvan took a tour round The Dublins new Aviva Stadium with the rest of the team. The Stadium is due to open April 2010.

Garvan who was captain of the team when they played Estonia and drew say's:

“We feel like we have played well in our opening two matches but we are still chasing our first win. "

Garvan believes that the will beat Georgia and The swiss who they face next Tues.

Garvan said about the games ahead:

“Georgia and Switzerland are both going to be tough opponents, but if we play to our potential there is no reason why we can’t beat them. We have a very good squad, we’re strong all over the pitch, we just want to go out and show what we are capable of.”

Carlos Edwards and Tamas Priskin could also be adding to their international caps. Tamas for the Hungareians who have a slim chance of getting though to the World cup will face Portugal tomorrow and Denmark on Wednesday.

Edwards will have a chance on the Trinidad and Tobago side who have missed out on qualification but still will play their last games against Costa Rica on Saturday and Mexico on Wednesday.

Edwards has got 76 full caps playing internatioal and has scored four Goals.

McAuley's Northern Ireland side have no game this weekend but they face Czech Republic Wednesday which they have to win to stand a chance to be in the World Cup.

McAuley has won 19 caps and has scored 1 goal.
