As others are calling for Keane to leave after Ipswich lost again Saturday John Wark is backing Roy Keane.

As Ipswich Liam Trotter speaks out saying Ipswich are in a relegation dogfight. Wark gives his backing on Keane.

The team from Suffolk have not won so far this season and sit bottom of the Championship on 5 points. But Wark says things will change as the Ipswich defence tightens up.

Wark told the BBC:

"Calls to get rid of Roy are a lot of rubbish. They are scoring goals, they just need to start defending better and the wins will come."

Mean time Liam Trotter said:

"We are bottom of the league, with just five points. There's no getting away from where we are, and you can't say that we are in a false position, because we've not won any games."

Do you think Wark is right or leaving in hope?

the old players just should shut up and stay in the back ground with their opinions if they had the bollocks to step up to the managerial stakes he would see what deep s**t we really are in, its like watching m.o.t.d with hansen and lawrenson coming out with b*****t, trotter is so over rated, he wants to worry less about the things off the pitch and concentrate more on the pitch

Duck its Ipswich fans that have supported them for years that are still backing them and nice to see older players as well. I have been a fan since I was 5 1985 and Im still wearing my shirt with pride. Yes it is more that we need but its truth what Wark is saying to though I say if no joy before christmas yes we should get rid of Keane
