Town manager Roy Keane has blamed some poor defending on Town’s part for Coventry’s two goals on Sunday.
Keane: "I'm obviously disappointed at losing the game. We gave two poor goals away but we had some decent chances second half and enough to get something out of the game.
"We lacked sharpness in the final third but hopefully that will come over the next few weeks or months.
"I'm disappointed with the goals we gave away, but that is not just down to defenders, particularly the second goal. Two of our midfielders had the chanced to clear the ball.
"Also considering how low he was to head the ball as a defender you should take his head off, as simple as that.
"The first goal was poor coming from a straight ball although credit to Clinton for his finish but it was a sloppy goal to give away."
A few unfortunate decisions went against us and some good goalkeeping otherwise we'd have more than made up for the mistakes - on another day Morrison would have missed both and we'd have scored 5 but no such luck.
Good thing is that priskin had one shot on goal from the only delivery he received, which was cleared of the line by Morrison. Otherwise it would have been a cracking goal.....
