Town manager Jim Magilton has forgiven Danny Haynes for his "sending off" in Northern Ireland last week and wiped the slate clean for the youngster who can be a handful for a manager. Magilton is mainly full of praise for Haynes, saying: "Danny is a manager's nightmare and a manager's dream. He is a young lad, he is spontaneous, he can have adverse reactions and I think it's something that you deal with.
"What he does give you is a massive impact off the bench at the moment. He stakes a claim for a place - without him we can look a little bit one-paced.
"We're controlled in possession but he gives you a real outlet. He puts defenders on the back foot as soon as he goes one v one.
"When he gets a full back running back towards their own goal he has the pace to get round them.
"If defenders do not time their tackles properly then you're going to get penalties.
"We're very pleased with Danny overall. In the pre-season I've been delighted with him in terms of his attitude and his application."
