Sir Bobby Given Freedom Of Ipswich

Town and England Legend Sir Bobby Robson is to be granted the Freedom Of Ipswich when he reunites with the 1978 FA Cup winning squad next month. The 75-year-old will be back in Ipswich next month to reunite the 1978 FA Cup winning squad to commemorate the 30th anniversary of Town's 1-0 win against Arsenal at Wembley Stadium.

A spokesperson for Ipswich Borough Council said: "Sir Bobby will be given the freedom of the town on 5 May during celebrations to mark the 30th anniversary of Ipswich Town winning the FA Cup."
