Town manager Jim Magilton says promotion for Town this season would be just the start of his long term plans for Town. Jim, who is in just his second year of management is already aiming to achieve something similar to what Sam Allardyce did during his time at Bolton and promotion would be just the start of that.

Jim: "My ambition is to become recognised as a Premier League team and to regard ourselves that way as well, Bolton got promoted the year after we beat them in the play-offs and they've stabilised.

"We got promoted and the next year we were in the UEFA Cup.

"So it is possible, but the infrastructure has to be right.

"The takeover by Marcus Evans has brought in a cash bonanza, but we still believe in youth development.

"We still believe in giving kids a chance, in bringing them through when the time is right and we have a bunch of 17-year-olds here of whom we are very hopeful."

nope, not with Jim at the helm I'm afraid, 2 years in the job now and his tactics (especially away) are very basic

yes i agree,for one thing sitting in the stand during the first half of the game is just not right and it proved it they played blackpool
