Town midfielder Gavin Williams has rejected a new contract offer from Town, while Jim Magilton has confirmed he will listen to loan offers for the Welsh midfielder. Jim: "Gavin needs games and doesn't really want to play in the reserves.

"I can understand that. I didn't want to either as a senior player and if a club rings up and asks about him, I will put the question to him. If it's right for Gavin and right for us, we will let him go out on loan, we've had no enquiries about him though. There have been rumours and speculation in the press but no solid contact.

"We know what a good player he is and he's only an injury or two away from being back in contention but he does need games.

"Gavin has a year left on his current deal and we offered him an extra year but he turned it down,"
